Default MMS not working on iPhone 4
So I thought we were allowed to receive MMS and it would show up as a picture?

Well when I get a picture text it sends me to viewmymessage.com/1 and not only that I type in a ID and Password and no picture shows up. It has a link that says "replay" but no picture.

    What is going on??!

Try having someone else send you a pic. It sounds like that one you got was sent through an mms service not directly with an mms from the phone.

Yup could even try sending one to yourself to see how it comes through.

Call up your service provider they need to add mms as a service on to your account , if they say its on there ask them to check if it errored on your account, used to work for Vodafone and such a common problem. Good luck mate
