    Default iPhone 3G 3.1.2
Hello all, this is my first post so please forgive any "derp" moments.

I'm selling my iPhone 3G 8GB 3.1.2 (5.11.07 - JB with blackra1n) and was wondering how I would completely restore the phone to a fresh 3.1.2.

As far as I'm aware iTunes isn't signing old firmware, so how would I go about doing this?

Please note that my 3GS was jailbroken on 3.1.3, I reset all settings and the phone refused to boot, and I was forced to update to 4.0, I really don't want that happening to this phone.

Any help is much appreciated, thankyou.

Anybody? Desperately need help with this.

Don't think this is applicable for the 3G. As far as I know and unless mistaken, Apple doesn't sing old FW for 3GS and now 4G.

Youll be fine to shift+restore to the stock fw. If you get error 1015, simply ignore it and kick it out of recovery mode with TinyUmbrella or Recboot.

    Jailbreak with Redsn0w 0.9.3.
