Thread: Constant feedback from iPhone.

    Default Constant feedback from iPhone.
I constantly hear feedback in my car stereo, cordless home phone, computer_ speakers, etc. thanks to my iPhone. I'm to the point now that I am seriously thinking of getting rid of it. Anyone else have this issue? As of now, the only way to get rid of it is to set the phone to Airplane mode so it is not communicating. I have a blackberry 8800 on Sprint that never does this. Anything I can do to fix it, switch to T-Mobile?

The phone is on AT&Ts network_.

I can't be 100% sure, but I think it is a GSM issue.

When a text message or call is going in or out from my phone and I am near a radio that is on, I can hear it in the radio. Almost a pulsing sound in the form of static.

Strange I thought, but all my GSM phones (Razr, Treo, Blackberry and iPhone) have done it. I have also had CDMA phones and they do not cause this.

I was told by the guy at Radio Shack that it was the Bluetooth doing that. Try shutting off Bluetooth to see if it goes away.
