Default deleted text messages wont go away
Been lurking for a long time now, but I finally have a question I cant find....

One day I cleared all my text messages out. When I exited the messages app I thought everything was gone but to my surprise when I opened it back up it briefly shows two old text messages then they disappear. I cant select them, delete them, cant do anything till they disappear. Does the same thing when I have current messages in there. There is no instance of them in my sms.db. So any ideas would be appreciated because its really annoying.

It's just showing an instance of what the app looked like as you closed it last time. I'm sure when you open up Settings, it shows the last screen you had open for a moment too?

I know some apps do that, but the only time the messages app does that is if your IN a text message, once you open it back up it will open to that conversation. But if you close it at the list of text messages then it will open up to the list. with my situation it should show the current list of text but it doesn't, it briefly shows an old list of text messages then disappears and the current list shows up. That old list I cant do anything with it, cant tap it or try to delete.

Actually when I go into settings and go into a sub category and I close it, next time I open it, it opens to the main settings screen.
