Default iPhone 3G sending pictures; running firmware 3.0 (Not Beta)
So I have updated to iPhone OS firmware 3.0 and it's working great except I can't send pictures, video or audio. I've read online from 4 different websites including this one about the Opt Out MMS Codes so I called AT&T about it. They said that the iPhone 3G doesn't have Opt Out MMS Codes but the new iPhone 3GS does. She said that the iPhone 3G won't be able to send pictures and I told her Apple advertised that 3.0 will allow all iPhones to send pictures. After 30 minutes of her doing "research" she told me her manager will give me a call in 30 minutes.

You need a non iphone. Make a phone call with it and try to send an MMS message. If may fail the first time, in 10-15 mins or so retry and it should send. Pop your sim back in your iPhone and wala!

It works, I've been sending mms for awhile. Did what the managment said and I changed my text plan to messaging unlimited not iPhone messaging unlimited.
