Thread: WinSCP

    Default WinSCP
Is WinSCP compatible with firmware 1.1.4? I've been getting the connection timed out problem the last few times I tried to connect.

Should be, I can use it just fine. One thing I noticed, make sure the phone is at the home screen when trying to connect. Make sure you have SSH installed. Make sure you have the right address. Click Settings>Wifi> (your wifi connection)>IP address. Whatever the IP address is that the "Host Name". "User Name" is "root", when prompted for password, it's "alpine". That should be it.

I tried what you said but its still giving me the same problem.

I have BSD Subsystem and OpenSSH installed.

Hmm. Try uninstalling/reinstalling BSD and OpenSSh.
Try this and lets see what happens next.

By installing BossPrefs. Once installed you can use it to toggle on/off services like Edge, Wifi, Bluetooth, SSH, and Mail. You will be able to see if your SSH service is on or off.
