    Default OTB 1.1.3 phone is not being read in iTunes
    Hey my phone is not being read in iTunes (unable to sync) and it says that i have to restore but when i click the restore button it says that i have to restore the phone and it will also be automatically upgraded to v 1.1.4 im not sure i want to do this also im skeptical that it may lock the phone down...please guide me as to how i can master reset the phone without upgrading or is there some sort of software i can use any help will be greatly appreciated ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks in advance ALL....

    It sounds to me that you are hitting the upgrade which is above the restore option.

    Look around for the firmware version 1.1.3 on the downloads page here within MMI.
    Downloaded the FW to your computer (to your desktop would be my chose).
    Hit the restore while holding down the shift button on your keyboard.
    Direct it to the firmware version 1.13 that you just downloaded.
    Choose to restore, and wait a few minutes for it to restore.

    You have just totally restored your iPhone to 1.1.3, but it will be locked, not activated, nor jailbroken.

    You will need to do that again if you need to via ZiPhone would be my direction.
