    Default 2.01 unlocked iphone ?
    well i have a 2.0.1 unlocked iphone , what will happen if i update it when i connect it to itunes? i unlocked it with winpwn by the way.

    there currently isn't a firmware higher than 2.0.1 so itunes shouldn't be prompting you to upgrade, but when it does and you click up upgrade, you will lose your jailbreak and likely unlock as well until the dev team comes out with a newer version of pwnage/winpwn to jailbreak/unlock the new firmware, assuming that the current one won't work with the new firmware.

    You're already on latest firmware so there is no reason to update and you shouldn't be prompted to do so. But when the next firmware update comes out don't be impatient and update right away. Really, it's not that urgent to update. Wait. Check the forums. See what "others" are doing and saying. It's really quite funny to see how the early bird doesn't necessarily get the worm...
