Unhappy Please! Help needed! Unable to restore iPhone
I don't know what to do. Just wanted to restore my OTB 1.1.1 Phone from 1.1.2 over 1.1.1 to 1.0.2 becouse of my iTunes syncing Problem. So I recovered to 1.1.1: Successfull. Then I tried to recover to 1.0.2, using iBrickr. And that was the point of no return...

Everytime I ty to restore the Phone to 1.0.2 or 1.1.1, using iTunes 7.4.1 or 7.5 it unpacks the file, begins to update the firmware and... nothing happens. The progress bar just stops. iTunes and iPhone looks like they're working, but nothing happens...

    Any Ideas???

    Try rebooting your PC...

If your trying to get back to 1.1.2, you can just restore to 1.1.1, virginize then follow this guide:

    Good Luck.

Did you happen to notice if BSD Subsystem is back on installer?? I want to restore but been hearing that BSD Subsystem is missing. I won't have too much time to restore and don't want to have to figure out how to install it manually.
Don't forget the Thanks if I helped

I had a similar problem before but figured out that when you start to downgrade with ibrickr to 1.0.2 the iphone screen turns white which means its in dfu mode and when it does this with my iphone nothing else happens so i closed ibrickr and went back to itunes and realised that all the restore file will work flawlessly but you obviously need to shift+click restore and select the firmware you want to restore to.

It worked everytime for me when i was in the same situation.
