Default How to clear previously inputed txt from google search
In the safari browser right below the address bar field, we can hit the little magnifying glass icon and do a search. By default is google, but can be changed to yahoo.

Anyways i entered some txt there, and did a search... Now whenever i go back to that option and type the first letter of the txt i originally entered it shows the whole txt below...

Well basically i want to erase that txt from showing up. I have cleared all history,cookie/cache and that doesn't do it...

the text i was searching for is somewhat something that I don't want others to see i searched for...

It doesn't stay there forever. It clears itself, either when your phone goes into sleep, or after a set period. Not tested it, so not sure when exactly

You could clear safari cache from Settings. That should get rid of it.

That actually doesn't work. This has been a bug since 2.0 and has not been fixed.

Settings->Safari->Clear History/Cache = Does not clear google search txt.

However doing it this way will clear it.

Safari Browser->Bookmarks->History->Clear = Google search txt erased.
