Default 1st GEN iPhone Battery Life after 2.0 Upgrade
Anyone know what I need to switch off to get extra battery life?

I upgraded my primary phone (was unlocked using GeoH Gunlock method) and charged it last night along with my backup (2nd line) iPhone. Woke up this morning and it was down to 3/4. My backup is still at 98% charged. No calls were made or recieved.

I assume it is the push / fetch data feature. Other than having the option to swith on/off, not much difference between the new from the old.

There is probably more, any ideas would be appreciated.

When I need longer battery life, WiFi is the first thing to go. After Bluetooth, of course.

I find knocking both down ups my battery life significantly.
PLEASE click everyone's "Thanks" buttons...they are begging for it.

Brightness! I always keep my brightness way low and I get great battery life. Keep the auto brightness off at all time. If I REALLY need battery WiFi goes off and the brightness goes all the way down. And if it's about to die I put edge off as well. Can squeeze you 30-60 minutes extra.
