Default Sorry if redundant-re: broken sleep/wake button
So, I have a jailbroken iphone 1.1.4, although activated with ATT and am an ATT customer, i just used ziphone to put installer on. However, through some defect, the sleep button has gotten stuck, and although still usable, it will occasionally power down spontaneously and is very sensitive to touch. However, 80+% of the time, there are no issues.

If I simply restore the phone and take it to Apple, will they be able to tell it was jailbroken? Also, since the phone is not damaged as a result of fall, etc. it should be covered under Warranty? I am at about Day 100 with the phone, so I am in Limited Warranty time, but it should still be covered, no? Anyone have knowledge of such?
