Default Need help - service not staying on
Unlocked iphones but never had this happen.

An unlocked iphone that works except for the telephone.
The signal comes on then off every second. If I make a call when the signal is on then the phone call will not drop but once the call ends the service goes on and off again.

New iphone that came with new firmware so i followed the following procedure to unlock it http://www.winandmac.com/mobile/ipho...-111-for-free/
but now just can not get the service to stay on....please help!!

    Any assistance will be appreciated,

Is there anyone out there who has this problem???

    Please help!!

What does the following do or will it help at all???

    launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist

    Thank you,

To troubleshoot if it is the phone modem or network service problem, try changing another network SIM card to see how is it.

    Thank you,
That command shuts down the radio (phone). Using load rather than unload will start it up again.

Have you tried rebooting the baseband?

    bbupdater -e *.eep
