Default Restore a 1.1.1 FW unlocked with anySIM
I have a factory 1.1.1 iPhone which I jailbroke and unlocked using anySIM. In the first day I had the phone I went wild and installed all sorts of crap and ended up in a state where my iPhone crashes randomly and eats battery.

I have no idea what causes this, seems the simplest thing is to restore the 1.1.1 and just be more careful what I install.

How do I restore my FW?

Can I use iTunes restore option? Will it brick my phone? Is there any preparation I need to do prior to restoring?

    Thanks for the help.

Someone has to know and I'm sure it has been done.

I am interested in knowing too.

I was taking mine back and had 1.1.1 unlocked anySIM as well, I had to restore twice, and once was in DFU through iTunes (as in iTunes did it for me automatically), but it needs to be activated, thats it. It is still unlocked after a restore. BTW, does anybody know how t relock a 1.1.1?

Well the restore option will not brick it, but it will remove the unlock, since anySIM doesn't do any messing around, im pretty sure you can just run it again, (don't take my word for it, ask around some more)
