    Is there a way to back up all my souces? or where can i find where the sources for Installer are stored at?

    Not that I know of.

    Maybe poke around in the installer Directory?

    either with timecapsule or at
    /var/mobile(or root)/library/installer/packagesources.plist
    its enough to back that up and replace it after restore, then refresh and ull be back to normal...
