Is it greyed out, is the settings application crashing? What's going on there?

  3. #23
Oh and its not just cydia. Its a lot of other apps. So far the only ones that have worked were the stock apps. Maybe i just need to sync it.

Edit: It doesnt keep new apps I download open either. But all of the stock apps are functioning perfectly.

I reiterate the earlier question: can you expound on how the Wi-Fi is failing?

Ah. Can you see if in the Settings app (assuming you can even access the Settings app) under General -> About, you see your normal MAC addresses for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and if your IMEI/MEID are visible and correct? Can you also try connecting to Wi-Fi in the Settings app proper?

Thank you keveed, I saw the post and deleted it (I just wanted to make sure you could see it, you didn't need to share it with us).

So then if the Wi-Fi hardware appears to be in order but you're still unable to connect to any networks, I'm thinking this one will need a restore, which means that you'll unfortunately lose the jailbreak.

If anyone else has any bright ideas, now would be the time to share them...

Difficult isn't the right word if you restore to 8.1.3. The reality is closer to impossible (right now). We really want to try and fix this Wi-Fi issue before throwing in the towel and restoring, but if you're sure you cannot connect in the Settings app, I don't have any other ideas.

You will still have all your purchases in the future, you'll just have to sign in again to your Cydia account via Google or Facebook.

Cant you just restore and not update?

Unfortunately, no, hence the existence of tools like Semi-Restore.

    Worth a look, I guess.

Head over to ghostbin.com or similar and paste the text in, and link us here please?

That took some thinking lol. I had paste it to a note and then connet5 my phone via usb and extract the data using imazing.

Let me know if you need to see another one.

Nice creativity getting it off the device there.

Yowch, that looks like the geolocation daemon process is bringing everything down, and it looks like it's crashing without a whole lot of other activity on the device. Not seeing any jailbreak libraries loaded in at that point in time, either.

I'm afraid all I've got at this point is "restore."

EDIT: Unless you've got any panics, any Settings.app crashes, any backboardd or wifid crashes, I think there's not a whole lot else to see.

So the thing is that none of the main apps other than cydia seem to be crashing. And not all of the appstore apps are either. Grindr only does when I try to send a message. I just got soundcloud up and running too.

Heres a crash report for IMDPersistant Agent. Sounded important. LOL

Photos, LA Bus, Videos, Passbook, Notes, Reminders, Pinger, Ifile express, facetime, Contacts, Voice Memos, Moneypass, Google Wallet, clock, itunes store, crousel, camera, game center, are all apps thaty dont crash. There are more just a lot of them
