    on my i6 those respring became more intense, so i am seriously thinking about moving to GB+,when i will be on vacation so i can have free time to convert all of my widgets to GB+, and i would like to know if all of newer widgets that worked with WW tweak work with GB+?thanx
    Generally speaking - yes. If they're written for WidgetWeather they can be easily converted to GL+ with the tutorial in post #2 of this thread. But they won't work in 'GPS' or 'locale' mode. Only "WidgetWeather" mode..

    And no myLocation widgets will work with GL+/GB+.

    1).. Insomnia tweak, for me adds only about 2-3% additional battery use per day in my testing
    2).. I don't know what's on KOH's repo.. You can just use the links in post 1 of this thread. Make sure to fully uninstall GL, SBHTML and the original groovyAPI before installing the + versions. When installing the + version .deb files - make sure they all finish with result code 0.. Or they won't work.

    From what my understanding weather can work with GL+ and GB+ but not the battery % part

    MrD is correct.. Only WidgetWeather widgets without the battery' can work in GL+/GB+.. Though I WAS able to get RAMStats working.. just not battery.. It's maddening.. as the syntax for battery is nearly IDENTICAL for RAM... but I just can't make it work... Your syntax is still wrong for the main widget though.. If you follow the instructions from page 2 carefully you should be adding // to the front of the jquery line - so it looks like this:
    Code:
    //jQuery.get(url, function(data) {
    and then add this line immediately after..
    Code:
    groovyAPI.do ( { read: "widgetweather.xml" }, function(data) {
    I'll show you the syntax to get RAMStats to work in next post..

    Also - if there are any calls to Yahoo in it at all - that could be a deal killer - though in UniAW-based widgets.. as long as you keep the 'source' as "widgetweather" and not ever set it to 'gps' or 'locale' - you're good to go.

    Okay.. So for RAMStats to show.. you need to do something similar..
    In the function Memory... make it look like this for the first several lines..
    -don't forget to change all instances of (appdata) to (data).
    Code:
    function Memory() {
    	refreshBatteryTimer = setTimeout(Memory, 15*1000);
    	//jQuery.get('file:///private/var/mobile/Library/Stats/RAMStats.txt', function(data) {
    	//jQuery.get('RAMStats.txt', function(data) {
    	groovyAPI.do ( { read: '../Library/Stats/RAMStats.txt' }, function(data) {
    		var myvar = data;
    		var substr = data.split('\n');
    ..that should get RAM readout working..

    That exact same groovyAPI.do line pointing to BatteryStats.txt and changing all instances of "appdata" to "data" should also work.. but it just doesn't.. and I'm completely perplexed why it wouldn't... At least it hasn't worked on the two widgets I wanted to have Battery and RAM data for.. Happy hunting!

    Maybe I'm missing something here, but can't you access battery and ram info right from GroovyAPI+?

    In groovyAPI, yes.. But he took it out in groovyAPI+. Don't know why.. The only thing groovyAPI+ does is make a bridge for the local file bug in WKWebView.. to my knowledge, bro. I suppose a quick text to Jake to verify might clear it up.

    You might be right. This conversation feels very familiar to me.

    Yup. Looking forward to the day when WKWV can read local files and groovyAPI can be back to its awesomeness it was in iOS7!

    Thanks for a wonderful uni! Works great for me, have one question, how did you get 3 rows of icons? My upper row overlaps the 5 day weather.

    Once again thank you for everything you guys do!
