    Bonus!

Thanks, now I gotta do more testing!
Got it on my iP5 also running 7.0.4....

Also works out if the box!!!...and in this one I have lots of tweaks, themes and widgets....

Created the .xml and myLocation files without a problem...and I tested this morning as I was driving through several towns and it updates accordingly (both the iPad and the i5)...

Well, I can confirm that it should work on iOS 7.1.x anything below that, I can't support. But as it was pointed out above, it is working on 7.0.4

This is a SUPERB find as WW2 has so much more functionality than WW1 and access to WAY more weather data. Has anyone tested whether the 02_WidgetWeather_Base also works with it on iOS7?

Take a look...the second ss is Chevys latest widget...

The only thing so far not working on the base widget is touch functions on the current and hourly...touch function on the daily works fine...

Anybody knows why my weather has unknown precipitation when it's clearly raining outside?

Apple allowed the use of a different touch event in iOS 8. If I remember the conversation correctly, it was something like prior to iOS 8, it had to be a touchend event but now you can use a touchstart event. Ian or Dacal would know for sure, but I think it's a simple fix.

Hold your phone out the window and let it get rained on to recalibrate the internal rain sensor.

    JK

When you watch the news, are the weathermen always correct?

LOL.......when I read the first few words I was already getting up from my desk to go outside. As for the weathermen, I'm not sure because I haven't seen a forecast in about a week.....all I've seen on TV is coverage of how your Patriots are cheaters!! HAHA....just a little jab at you......by the way my wife said thank you so much for all the attention you gave her LS...she loves it!!!!

Let's just hope the Hawks bring that same effort they brought against Green Bay with a limping Aaron Rodgers.

I hope it'll be a good game too, but I think your boy Wilson is going to choke, and not on deflated footballs!

Anyone know how to make the weather description shorter. Right now it's very long and sort of has two parts to it. I just need it to say things like "light rain", "cloudy", "rain shower". Basically is there a way to get rid of it saying gentle breeze?-imageuploadedbymodmyi1422138863.209061.jpg-imageuploadedbymodmyi1422138875.074135.jpg

Look in the config.js for something like enable wind description and see if there's a true/false toggle
