    Im trying to install an app...but it is saying it needs mobile substrate to run....help?

    ?? Then install mobile substrates via Cydia.

    Use the search tab in Cydia:

    Restore and rejailbreak then? It's in one of the default repos so it should be there...

    You need to change to developer mode to access mobile substrate. manage/settings/devloper (no filters).
