How do we edit it? When I open it in any text editor, I see abnormal characters before every word...so i'm reluctant to try to edit it with just Notepad.

I'm guess a HEX editor might work nice to copy the special characters in front of each word I want to place in there.

That file is binary and cannot be edited with an ASCII text editor.

I wrote a program that lets you add words to the file, but it requires installation of Perl.

    Check here for more info.
