Question if doing a "upgrade" from 3GS to iPhone 4 ATT gets to keep our 3GS??
everybody in this link i came across is talking about exchanging there 3GS and swapping it for the new iPhone 4, what is this about? if were eligible for a upgrade we have to give ATT our old phone for the upgrade to the new one?

My girlfriend just got a new replacement 3gs on the 29th of May. Since she originally purchased it in Februrary, even though its brand new will she not be able to return/upgrade to the iPhone 4?

If you *bought* your 3gs *after* May 7th, you'll be able to exchange it for the iPhone 4 model of the same cost. If you bought it between May 7th and the 21st, you'll need to do it before the 21st of June. Obviously you won't get your phone on the 21st, just get one pre-ordered by then.
