    Default moving, 3g, and contract
I'm moving out of the US at the beginning of August. can anyone tell me whether I can get a 3G and then cancel my contract without the ETF because I'm moving out of the country?

I thought you could cancel your contract without payinf ETF if you were moving to an area where there was no service?

Its true, you cant get out of paying the ETF, the better bet would be to get it and try it the 3G phone and return it within the 30 days before you leave. They're still going to charge you the fee but you could use the refund from the 3G to pay off ome of the fees. But most importantly you'll know if the new iphone works well for you. If it does seek out another provider. Its a bunch of providers over seas not like here
