    Default 4.1 Jailbreak GreenPoison
So on Twitter Chronic Dev team just announced the 4.1 jailbreak should be available on Sunday. Let's say it does come out and you do jailbreak your phone on 4.1 you're still going to have a problem with unlocking it because ultrasn0w won't be able to unlock 5.14.02 right? Thanks!

That's correct. If you're already on 4.1 and didn't preserve your baseband, the unlock will not work.

The words "The Firmware Umbrella" is the link. Read what is there, the creator of tiny umbrella details how to use tiny umbrella to update and preserve your baseband.

Yes any other device besides iPhone 4, baseband preservation is done by using custom firmwares.

If you already upgraded, you can't bring it back down or preserve it for that matter.

Ah! That really helps because all the articles and tutorials I found were for the IPhone 4 so I was really confused. Thanks for the clarification!
