Default HELP!! Downgrade IOS 4 to 3.1.2 on IPHONE 3G
i know there has been several post on how to do this but none of them really clarifies what i need to do. i read that on an iphone 3g i don't need my shsh blobs to downgrade. i attempted to downgrade with redsnow but i didn't get any signal afterwards. can some please give me a step by step tutorial on how to downgrade my iphone because it has been super slow or guide me over to where i can find a way to do so.

    i have an iphone 3g. model MB702DLL firmware 05.13.04
im currently on IOS 4 with no jailbreak.

    thanks in advance.

you've been here for more than a year and still don't know how to navigate the forums to find an answer? if you go to the very top of the page, there's a tab called guide. find the appropriate one, and follow it.

    Shift+restore to stock 3.1.3 ipsw
When finished, error 1015 occurs but ignore it.

Get tinyumbrella or recboot to kick your phone out of recovery mode.

    Your phone will reboot.

    Jailbreak with Redsn0w 0.9.4.

To unlock, open Cydia and install ultrasn0w.
