Default Updated to 3.1.3 shsh saved, possible to downgrade
I recently updated my iPhone to 3.1.3 because I screwed up my iPhone. I was running a jailbroken version of 3.0. Can I downgrade my device straight to 3.1.2 and jailbreak it?

Now I see no point of downgrading, because your baseband won't change. It will be the same, so you can't unlock it. You need to wait for unlock.
Now you need use Spirit to jailbreak 3.1.3 firmware. But it only works if you have official career.
So, if you don't have it, you need to have 3.1.2 shsh file. If you have, yes, you can downgrade, if you don't have, no, you can't.
Maybe you have 3.0 shsh, if you have it, you can downgrade to 3.0 firmware.

If you're on an unofficial carrier, all downgrading will do is let you use the phone as an ipod touch.
