  • Apple Cancels PP Jailbreak App’s Certificate Used to Jailbreak iOS 9.3.3 via Safari

Apple has caught up with the jailbreak iOS 9.2-9.3.3 with most all Safari Jailbreak tools for iOS 9.3.3. You may will get an error like the one above, which says “Unable to Download App – ‘PPJailbreak’ could not be installed at this time.”

This prompt gives you two options: 'Done and Retry', but retrying the download will not help, since the certificates are being blocked by Apple.

Not all Safari Jailbreak tools are getting this error, but most are.

Apple cracked down on misuse of the Enterprise Certificate system and hasn’t gotten to most all of them so far. We all know Apples stance on Jailbreaking so this comes at no surprise.

The good news is that the Windows based Jailbreak still works.

Is it possible for Windows jailbreak certificate to be blocked as well? Or only the web based certificates?

I figured that was probably the case, there's a few fake Pangu sites out there. It's my belief that if they had an untethered JB they would release it on cydia as well for those that already have the semi-tether.. I think the days of untethered JB may be over, though I could be wrong.

I don't mind this solution.. I rarely ever power my phone off.. The only time I've done it was when I first installed the JB and wanted to make sure it was working properly.. and it wasn't, so I redid it from the beginning and then it worked flawlessly .. At least it's not a fully tethered jailbreak where I'd have to run back to my computer to jb again.

I just cannot understand why apple is so against it if it would only bring them more apple users besides they steal all the tweaks people creates

So I'm using the PC version, but I can't rejailbreak successfully. After launching the app and tapping the circle the phone just reboots and Cydia crashes. I tried some "fixes" that supposedly worked for other people, but did nothing for me. I goofed updating from 9.0.2 to 9.3.3. Everything was fine until Apple blocked the web based jailbreak.

So quick question since I jail broke my iPhone about 2 days ago using safari and I just so happen to cut my phone off as long as I still have the app on my phone I can re jailbreak my phone using the app right

It's easy to understand. It's about security. If you can hack into your phone - others can too.

Yep! Except after 7 days.. Then you have to do a full jailbreak again (but no restore necessary).

Makes me wonder if I should've stayed at 8.4 jailbreak since I did it Wednesday that means after 7 days I'm screwed right
