A video posted from Weibo has surfaced showing what appears to be an iPhone 7 being compared to an iPhone 6s. It seems to be confirming every other picture and rumor that has been reported recently.

I just wish they would have done something about the camera protruding out so much. Perhaps the next gen with solve that I hope.

Also have fingers crossed that we see a space black (or whatever they were calling it) one too, but the rumors now have said or shown nothing about it. Bummer...

Time has finally arrived when Apple ran out of ideas and stopped innovating. Steve is spinning in his grave.

Mark my words, apple is gonna die a slow death like nokia very soon. Absolutely ridiculous stuff to launch the same phone with a new cable which acts as charger and earphone to us and calling it 7. Creativity has committed suicide in their office ever since jobs left.

Well my 128gig 6s will be getting the job done for another year, I'll pass on this release smh. I have not seen or heard anything that would make me want to upgrade. It's basically the same phone minus a headset jack and antenna lines lol

I don't understand what kind of innovation everyone expects to see every single year. Why do you need to see a drastic change or a bizarre design every year? At the end of the day it's just a phone. Who cares what the casing looks like? Personally I think any iteration of the 6/6S looks awesome.

What I would be more concerned with is what's under the hood because honestly that's what's going to drive the innovation. I'm no tech expert but I'd rather have more memory, an OS that doesn't crash, more battery life and a kick *** processor that just zips through everything. Who cares what the casing around all this power looks like because again none of the iPhones in my opinion have been ugly. Well I didn't like the 3GS is or whatever it's called. The curved back one. Although I bought it I thought it was the ugliest one of the bunch. More so than the original.

In regards to the camera bump, is it really that serious for some of you? Again it's just a phone which is usually in your pocket or pocketbook most of the day. Everyone acts like when the phone is in their hand they will be constantly rubbing on the camera bump when 99% of the time you aren't even looking at the darn thing. And for those who you are snapping picks of I don't think they aren't going to smile for you because they have to look at your camera bump.

Anyway can't wait mainly because I'm looking forward to iOS 10. I haven't been this excited for an iPhone OS in like.... never!

Everything you mentioned sounds awesome. The comments are stemming from a simple fact that none of those are actually happening.
Exactly 0% of those " innovations" are being implemented. A tech company that does not innovate in any way is dead. They keep adding useless features they think users appreciate and they're fail at every turn.
They are building a new iOS without perfecting the previous one.
The only bunch that's actually releasing useful things are the jailbreak community, at least they were.
But hey, I'll use Apple as long as I can, im just saying that it's getting a bit old.
Tired os, tired icons in the same tired configuration, tired interface. But the outside is pretty nice on the iPhone 6 if you just buy this crap for looks so you can show it off on Instagram.

I think the tiered icons in a tiered configuration is what makes iOS "easy to use" or "user friendly". I always play around with my Android buddies and I always have to ask them, where's this app and how do I find that app.

There hasn't been any major innovation for any brand, not just apple. And to be frank, a major innovation is something NEW and has a major impact for the majority of people. For example, a new battery mixture/design that doubles the current life while using the same amount of space. That is innovation. Minor bumps in specs, gimmicks like curve screens, or even QHD resolution screen aren't innovation. Most people wouldn't care about these.

Sure there will always be those few hardcore geeks out there that will love these gimmicks and small changes but manufactures don't make money from the few. They make money from the many.

Innovation not. At this point if Apple would stop with the patches and let those who wish to jailbreak their phones do so it would most likely do wonders for their bottom line ($$$). The days of jail breaking for the purpose of pirating apps have long past anyway. That would be the best "innovation" they could offer in the short term.

Exactly my point. The so called 'new features' apple are adding now were mostly covered in cydia atleast a YEAR ago. So what is new? besides, they whine and cry if a jailbreak is released, they do overtime to kill it in the next update. Dumb asses, bunch of dumb asses are running apple.

OMG!! What a complete total ripoff of iPhone and iOS that OnePlus3 is. Even icon placement and shape.. When did Android OS start to look EXACTLY like iOS.. Even the 4 icon dock they stole. Mind officially blown! [emoji12]

      $399 unlocked... too

Shoot - if I can get "an iPhone" in a OnePlus.. that I can theme - - wow. Good to know there's options.. Oh... but it's still Android... *sigh*

Side by side they don't really like each other. The one plus 3 is well, sexier in looks than a 6S. Not sure the icons or dock look like iOS does either. You be the judge:

I'm referring to design layout concept, Simon.. Icon layout, icon artwork (yes, I know some logos are borrowed from app creator), the fact there is a DOCK that doesn't move (Android OS didn't have that at the start to my recollection), page dots, status bar layout/design... LOL.. Direct cop if you ask me..

When was the last time you had an android lol? I don't recall there ever not being a dock. I'm with you on the whole concept, android did borrow heavily from what Apple initially setup as the standard for new smartphone interfaces. Apple has done their fair share of borrowing themselves over the years though from android (and other places like the jailbreak community). So at this point not sure I could really call either side of android/iOS or their devices a total ripoff.
