  • Apple will live stream its WWDC 2016 keynote on June 13 at 10AM PT

Apple has updated the WWDC app in the Apple iOS Store and has also launched a tvOS version of the WWDC app last week. Now, Apple has added a new page to its WWDC website which confirms that the live stream will open WWDC week with a keynote event on June 13 at 10AM PT/1PM ET.

The live stream will be available to stream across iPhone, iPad and Mac via Apple's WWDC website. Second and third-gen Apple TV users can also stream the event through the Events Channel and this will be added within a few days, fourth-gen users can obviously use the WWDC event app which has been released most recently.

Apple updated the WWDC iOS app with a dark theme, which many have speculated could mean that iOS 10 will incorporate a system-wide dark theme. Furthermore, Apple made the WWDC app compatible with the Apple TV for the first time with last week’s update.

Apple’s WWDC keynote will be held at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. Typically, Apple holds all events at Moscone West, but this year all first day festivities are being held at Bill Graham. The rest of the week, aside from the WWDC Bash, will be held at Moscone West. WWDC will give us a first look at iOS 10, which is said to include a redesigned Apple Music, as well as macOS 10.12 with Siri support. Apple is also expected to unveil a Siri SDK at WWDC.

ModMyi will also hold a Whatsapp conversation and a website discussion article on WWDC 2016, we will not be posting a LIVE BLOG for this WWDC. Stay tuned for more information.

Is MMi not going to be at the event? Have they been in the past, or just updated an article live as the writer watched?

Kyle is doing the cancer research full time and I doubt will be going to the event. Mac Rumor will be your best bet to get live updates other than watching the live event on Apple.com

If I have the time to watch it through I’m perfectly willing to keep a live thread based on the stream.

Not getting my hopes up, but would really love to see a new Watch with GPS built in. It has been over a year since the first watch, right? It's due, so let's have it Apple!

If I can state something real quick!!!

And I hate talking about the PAST....

I remember when EVERYTHING was hush hush at Apple, and the events used to excite the **** out of me! I would close my office door and put a note on the outside stating that I was conducting a WebEx training. Now with all the leaks, and the lack luster innovation...I find myself disappointed EVERY YEAR now. And to be honest, it's been since Jobs passed. I just don't get that joy anymore. Kinda sad.

Anyway, here's me hoping that they SHOCK me this year, and that it gets back to exciting me.
