  • Apple redesigns Support website with clean layout, responsive UI

Apple has implemented a new design for its Support website offering a clean and responsive user interface. Apple used Twitter overnight, Apple announced the refurbished website through the official Apple Support Twitter account which invited guests to visit the "reimagined and redesigned" website.

The change isn't minor update in fact it is a large overhaul from the old iteration. The layout makes it easier to click and view distinct "blocks" that users can have access to which helps utilise all support methods for different devices.

The best feature I would have to say personally is that there is now a dedicated search bar which entitles users to bring up a variety of different "Quick Links" to browse through. QuickLinks will make it easier to search as it populates live searching for your Questions and Answers. This Search and QuickLinks feature will be faster for users rather than waiting for an entire page to load of search results to pop up.

The next block focuses on choosing support options which is device specific, while the third block lists "Popular Topics".

Apple’s new support page is a welcomed change. It goes hand-in-hand with the company launching a dedicated Twitter account for Apple support, which the company launched in early March of this year.

Where can I find a link to my support profile on this site? Or anywhere on an apple website?
I always have to google it to get the proper link.
