iOS 9.3 beta 2 was available approximately two weeks ago which added a Night Shift toggle in Control Center along with some other tweaks.

Apple today has released the third iOS 9.3 beta to registered developers for testing. The first iOS 9.3 beta introduced at the start of the year introduced new 3D Touch shortcuts on new iPhones, Touch ID-secured Notes, a new Night Shift mode for blue light reduction, and much more. iOS 9.3 beta 2 added a Night Shift toggle in Control Center and other tweaks. Well check out the latest beta version of the upcoming release and highlight any changes below.

iOS 9.3s Notes app adds the ability to secure individual notes with one secure password plus Touch ID on compatible iPhones and iPads. Secure notes are only visible on iOS 9.3 and OS X 10.11.4 or later with no compatibility on iCloud on the web yet.

iPhone 6s and 6s Plus users can access additional 3D Touch shortcuts starting with the iOS 9.3 beta as well. Useful new shortcuts include quick access to battery, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and wallpaper options in the Settings app from the Home screen.

WatchOS 2.2 when used in conjunction with iOS 9.3 will allow owners to pair multiple Apple Watches to a single iPhone, and brings a new look the Maps app.

On the Apple TV, users finally gain support for Bluetooth keyboards and the ability to group homescreen apps into folders. The App Switcher is also improved, and support for iCloud Photo Library has been added along with MapKit availability for developers.

Developers can download iOS 9.3 beta 3, watchOS 2.2 beta 3, and tvOS 9.2 beta through the Apple Developer Center or the various over-the-air update channels. Apple Configurator 2.2 beta 3 is also available.

If you're a registered developer, download the profile straight from online.

I am a developer and have got the past two betas OTA, and it's not showing up yet. I wonder if they pulled the update.

Edit: Ok, somehow the beta profile came uninstalled on its own. You might want to reinstall the profile if it's not showing up.

Yeah I had the profile installed on beta 2 however I had to re-install the profile for some reason and then it showed. Are you currently on beta 3?

Well I literally just updated, but I've noticed that while in beta 2 the control center shortcuts would appear incorrectly in landscape, that has been fixed in beta 3. And there's no longer a status bar in the App Store in landscape.

Ok so I had the profile issue, thanks for the heads up there to all. But my device still isn't showing the update to beta 3 for me. I have been registered and even tried re-installing the profile a couple times.. For now I wait I guess..
