  • Otterbox Launches Defender Case for the iPad Pro, New Cases for Other iPad Models

On Tuesday, Otterbox announced its Defender series case would be available for Apple's powerful new 12.9-inch iPad Pro. The tablet is quite an expensive investment, and so, such a protective case might not be such a bad idea for those that are daring enough to leave home with it.

The Otterbox Defender for the iPad Pro retails for $129.95, although Otterbox currently has a special going on via their Web site for 25% off, and so the case is currently only $97.46. What you get for that price is the well-known drop and shock protection that Otterbox is known for.

Otterbox is also launching some new cases for the iPad mini 4 and the iPad Air 2, including the new Symmetry Series Folio for the iPad mini 4, which retails for $59.95 and is on sale for $44.96 for a limited time, as well as the Profile Series for the iPad Air 2, which retails for $49.95 and is on sale for $37.46 for a limited time.

To check out all of the new case offerings and decide is Otterbox is right for your new Apple-branded tablet(s), you can head over to Otterbox's Web site at this link.
