  • Apple's Personal Pickup Service Arrives in More EU Countries

Just weeks ago, Apple expanded their Personal Pickup service internationally to the U.K., Australia, and Canada. Now, it has been reported that the Cupertino-based company has expanded to even more countries including Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden. This means that for those living in any one of the listed countries, can order their products online and just pick it up at a nearby Apple Store.

Now that holiday season is here, this new service will definitely come in handy for many shoppers. This will help get them through long Apple Store queues and avoid all window shoppers. Consumers can place orders either on Apple.com or from the Apple Store app on iOS devices. Once products are added to the cart, consumers can easily checkout from wherever they are and just pick it up at stores.

Orders can be ready as early as a few hours if all products are in stock and available and when itís ready to be picked up, customers will receive a SMS notification or email letting them know itís ready. Before the expansion of this service, shoppers were only able to reserve products online but had to checkout and make the final payment in store.
