  • Geekbench 3 Comprehensive Benchmark Test App for iOS Goes Free for a Limited Time


    The popular Geekbench 3 comprehensive benchmark test application for the iOS platform by Primate Labs has gone free in the iOS App Store for a limited time.

    Normally 99, this now free application allows you to check the speed of your current iOS device(s), and then compare it to the speed of your other gadgets, or even other people's gadgets. It has long been a great way to compare your devices' performance to the performance of other smartphones and tablets, as well as computers.

    Geekbench 3 includes both a processor benchmark test, which measures the multi-core and single-core processor performance, and a battery benchmark test, which measures how long your device can last on a single battery charge.

      My Iphone 6 had a multicore score 2921 is that higher than an i5 of 2500? really? Single core was 1627

      I wish they'd push geek bench for the  tv I know it's not much different than the iPhone 6/6+ but wonder if the extra ram and such make a difference.
