  • Apple Acknowledges Problems With iPad Pro Becoming Unresponsive, Working on Fix

Apple's new 12.9-inch iPad Pro is quite the powerhouse, and it has been followed by many positive reviews in terms of performance and capability for a mobile tablet, but one thing that has been hitting the Apple support communities recently is that there appears to be a widespread problem with Apple's new large tablet randomly becoming unresponsive and displaying a black screen while in the middle of charging.

Apple has released a statement on Thursday noting that they're aware of the problem and are looking for a long term fix. In the mean time, Apple advises users to perform a hard restart when the problem occurs by holding down the power and home buttons for 10 seconds until the device begins to boot back up.

It's not exactly the best solution to the problem yet, although Apple has not yet seemed to pinpoint what it causing the problem and needs some time to investigate. In the mean time, it's a workaround that users will have to put up with until a future software update can fix the problem and get the device working properly under charging conditions for everyone that has been experiencing the problem.

Apple's iPad Pro is not a cheap device starting at $799, and costing as much at $1,079, this is something that is leaving customers pretty upset about. Hopefully the issue will be resolved in a timely manner.
