  • Apple's Personal Pickup Service Rolls Out in Canada and Australia

Apple’s Personal Pickup service is now available in Australia and Canada after years of offering it in U.S. Apple Stores. This means that Australians and Canadians can now order products online and pick it up on the same day (if available) at a brick-and-mortar location. Customers will be able to place orders and complete the whole checkout process at home or even on the go and then go to a nearby store to pick up the order.

It was rumored early this month that the Cupertino-based company would be rolling out the service internationally. Apple was apparently already training retail employees on the service in the U.K., Australia, and France. However, as of right now, Personal Pickup is not yet offered in France but it may be the next country to get the service.

In other regions, customers can already reserve products online that are in stock but have to checkout in-stores. We’re not surprised if Apple decides to expand Personal Pickup to other parts of the world. U.S. Apple Stores have already had this service for 4 years now, since 2011.
