  • Five Great Free Apps and Games for iOS - October 1st Edition

It's that time of the week again; the time of the week where we go over some great new free-to-download releases from the App Store.

In this post, we're going to show you five great free apps and games for iOS from the App Store. We know how hard application discovery can be on the iOS platform, and that's why we're here to help. Below, you'll find five great apps and games that are available right now that you may or may not have heard of. We do this every week!

If you missed our previous Five Great Free Apps and Games for iOS, you can head over to this link to read our September 24th edition.

    1. GIFO

First on our list this week is a GIF camera application called GIFO, which we think that a lot of you could have a lot of fun with. As the name implies, it's actually a video-recording camera that you can use to create animated GIF images, rather than video files, but the application will actually let you export what you record as either a GIF or a video file, depending on your needs. As a bonus, it even comes with filters, lets you change motion speed, and more. Check this one out!

You can download GIFO for free from this App Store link.

    2. Repost for Instagram

Another one worth checking out, if you're an Instagram user, is Repost for Instagram, which is an application that allows users to re-post images that they see in their Instagram news feed to their own Instagram account. This will be useful for users that over-see professional Instagram accounts, or to users that are just looking for some good old photo sharing fun. Check it out!

You can download Repost for Instagram for free from this App Store link.

    3. Quizlet

Do you have an upcoming test or final coming up in school? If so, then a free application call Quizlet could be your best friend. This application lets you study for upcoming tests the good old-fashioned way, but on your iPhone instead. You can create your own flash cards, study guides, and more with this application, completely free. And best of all, you don't waste paper or ink. Check it out!

You can download Quizlet for free from this App Store link.

    4. Stair Free

Stair Free is an interesting game in which you have to try and jump from stair to stair on either side of the screen. You can actually pull the stairs out of the wall such that they're positioned where you want them to be for the jump, but be warned, this game can get tricky. You need to land on the stair that you pull out, or you'll just fall and die and have to start over. The stairs can get special abilities as you advance in the game, making it trickier. Check it out!

You can download Stair Free for free from this App Store link.

    5. Cell Trap

Last on our list this week, but definitely not the least, is an addicting number and puzzle game called Cell Trap, in which you move number cells around, trying to match up groups of four numbers or more to make room for new numbers to appear. Your goal is to multiple your numbers as high as possible. Check it out!

You can download Cell Trap for free from this App Store link.
