  • Gazelle Wants Your Old iPhone, Promises to Beat Apple & Carrier Trade-in Prices

Gazelle is one of the best-known iPhone-buying services. People often turn to these services to get quick cash for their iPhones ahead of a new iPhone launch so that they can put it towards their new iPhone.

Gazelle is pleased to announce this year that they're giving you the best cash offer for your iPhone, guaranteed. Of course, the guarantee only covers offers from Apple and your carrier, so there are some gray areas to the offer, such as just because you can sell your iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus on Ebay for $500-600, doesn't mean that Gazelle is going to pay you that much.

Instead, Gazelle is currently offering anywhere from $50 to $365 for your iPhone 6 depending on its condition, unlocked status, carrier type, and storage capacity. Alternatively, Gazelle offers anywhere from $50 to $390 for your iPhone 6 Plus, depending on the same characteristics. Should you get offered more by Apple or your carrier, Gazelle guarantees they'll beat the price you get. You just have to show proof of your offer. This guarantee is good through to September 9th, which is when Apple is expected to unveil its new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6 Plus.

What's nice about Gazelle is that you're guaranteed whatever they offer you, and it's cold hard cash instead of some kind of store credit or gift card. On the flip side, if you try hard enough, you could probably get more than Gazelle is willing to offer you by listing your iPhone on Ebay (especially unlocked). Ultimately, the road you take is up to you, but if you're interested in trying our Gazelle, you can head over to this link to get started.

I usually sell my old iPhone to a friend or coworker. Gazelle is a great hassle free alternative. I tried it once or twice and have been very pleased with their ease of use and speed of service.

Except they rape you on price, I can sell a phone at 2.5 times the price of what gazelle pays.

I like gazelle. I care more about hassle free than I do about money.

My factory unlocked iPhone 6 Plus 64 GB in flawless condition is going for a steep $380 on gazelle. Sold listings on eBay for $680.

Gazelle is not an end-user, they are a business; to specific, a re-seller. They need to buy phones at a price where there is enough room make a profit. Yes, that's right, I said the nasty P word, profit. Any for-profit business operates this way. Want more money? Sell it yourself. The only thing raping you at this point is your lack of knowledge of how a successful business operates.

Are you saying Gazelle is more successful than eBay?

To me, as a seller, I get a lot more money selling my phone ON eBay rather than TO Gazelle. That is all that matters to me.
