  • Apple.com to Get Genius Bar and In-Store Workshop Scheduling Integration

Apple has been making big changes to their physical retail stores, main website, and online stores so that the experience is consistent overall. Now, a new report is noting that Apple will be integrating in-store workshops and Genius Bar appointment scheduling to their main website. News comes from sources who briefed the plans and apparently the changes will take place as soon as August 25th.

The new Genius Bar appointment and in-store workshop scheduling will be called the ‘Concierge.’ When the website gets revamped, individual Apple Retail Store pages will exist as opposed to the entire thing being on their own website. According to a note written to retail employees,

Customers with visual or hearing impairments can more easily use the Concierge system.
Apple put an important focus on making their revamped website more accessible, as well as device based, When customers visit the site, it will have a different presence depending on the device being used to access it. The Cupertino-based company is definitely improving their online presence with all these updates and changes.
