  • Apple's Beats1 Radio Station Launched in 100 Countries

Apple’s 24-hour radio station Beats1 officially went live on Tuesday worldwide, in over 100 countries. The Internet radio station is built into the company’s iOS 8.4 new Apple Music app. The first DJ that broadcasted on the radio station was DJ Zane Lowe, who was there until 2pm EST. Then Julie Adenuga from London was on at 3pm and Ebro Darden from New York would be going on at 6pm.

Those who are interested in the new live radio station can find it after downloading the Apple Music app on the Radio tab. The radio station is free for all iOS listeners and the daily schedule can be pulled up when tapping the Beats logo. It was noted that a later iTunes update would support PCs and Macs down the line. There will also be celebrity hosts on Beats1 and the statin will operate 24/7.

Have you tested out the station yet? How do you like it so far? Share your thoughts in the section below.
