  • Best Jailbreak Tweaks of the Week - June 14th Edition

This recap will go over the best jailbreak tweaks that we've shown you this week. It's certainly not all of them, but we think these are some of the most worthy of recognition out of what we have been able to show you this week. These are in no specific order, and they're all compatible with the TaiG version 1.2.0 jailbreak for iOS 8.0-8.1.2 on Windows and the PP jailbreak for iOS 8.0-8.1.2 on Mac OS X.

    1. DeDirect FREE

The jailbreak community has once again beat Apple to the punch with a security fix that prevents iOS' Mail application from allowing remote HTML code to run via e-mail attachments with a new jailbreak tweak called DeDirect. In turn, you won't get rouge pop-ups while using the Mail application asking you to input your iCloud password, or some other kind of critical information. To read more about the tweak and the things it can protect you against, you can read our full review at this link.

    2. TubeSelector 99

TubeSelector is an awesome new jailbreak tweak that lets you open YouTube links using your favorite third-party YouTube application from the App Store. Moreover, it adds features for YouTube users, such as blocking ads, allowing HQ playback on cellular networks, and allowing background playback. But if that wasn't enough, the tweak also gives you shortcuts to up to 100 of your favorite video URLs, which you can use for bookmarking your favorite songs or instructional videos. You can read our full review of TubeSelector and learn how to use it at this link.

    3. Callback for Messages FREE

Another useful release that we liked this week was Callback for Messages, which makes it even easier to call people who've messaged you back right from the Lock Screen. Now, when swiping to the left on Lock Screen messages that you've missed, a green "Call" button will appear, which lets you get back to the people that need to get in touch ASAP. You can read our full review of Callback for Messages at this link.

    4. OneMoreTime FREE

For those with people out of state, or even out of country, that need a way to keep track of multiple time zones, a new free jailbreak tweak called OneMoreTime will be an impressive addition to your device. This tweak lets you add a second time to your Status Bar that can be configured to appear in any way that you like. It'll come in handy when you want to get in touch with someone you're not close to, but still want to make sure you're not being intrusive on their lives. You can read our full review of OneMoreTime at this link.

    5. QuickUnlock FREE

Last, but not least on this list, is a new tweak called QuickUnlock, which makes it so that when you don't have any notifications on your Lock Screen, your Lock Screen will be completely bypassed when you wake up the device. Instead, you'll start immediately at the Home Screen. If you have a notification, this is the only time you'll ever see your Lock Screen. You can read our full review of QuickUnlock at this link.
