  • Apple's Apple Store App Gets Updated With Support for the Apple Watch

On Thursday, Apple released an update for its Apple Store application for iOS devices. The updated version of the application has been dubbed version 3.2.1 and includes official support for the new Apple Watch.

With Apple Watch support, users can now see right from their wrist where the nearest Apple Store is, the status of their most recent orders, notifications of Genius Bar appointments and order pickup, and view information about current workshops and events going on at local Apple Stores.

The different views are switched through by swiping left and right between the screens on the Apple Watch.

To start using the Apple Store application on your Apple Watch today, you can go on your iPhone that is paired with your Apple Watch and visit the Updates tab in the App Store application to download the latest version of the Apple Store application. If you have automatic updates enabled, then it will be installed automatically. Alternatively, you can download the Apple Store application for free from this App Store link.

Note: Once you install the latest version of the Apple Store application on your iPhone, to use it on your Apple Watch you'll have to visit the Apple Watch application on your iPhone and first install it on your Apple Watch.
