  • Apple Removes April 24th Availability of Apple Watch From Web Site Following Massive Pre-order Demand

Although Apple opened up the doors for pre-ordering the Apple Watch on April 10th, Apple also announced that the Apple Watch would be available for purchase starting on April 24th. Unfortunately, this might no longer be the case.

Following an extremely overwhelming demand for the Apple-branded wearable, compared to the actual supply that would be available, Apple appears to have removed the April 24th availability date from its Web site and has replaced it with the text "The Watch is coming" instead, as shown above.

Those that pre-ordered the device are seeing shipping estimates anywhere from April 24th all the way through June or later. With that being said, there was almost no way Apple could guarantee availability on April 24th for the general public anyway.

Nonetheless, pre-ordering will continue throughout the shortage of supply.

Is the Apple Watch going to turn us all into frozen zombies?

"The Watch is Coming" - Apple
"Winter is coming" - George RR Martin

Think about it, who watches for that "winter" that's coming? The Night's Watch.
But how can you tell it's night (or winter for that matter)? The Apple Watch.

Hey Siri, can you tell me how to slay a horde of wight walkers?
