  • Apple Not Offering iPhone Trade-Ins or Business Purchasing Perks for the Apple Watch

It has been noted that Apple won’t be offering specialty prices for the Apple Watch like it does with the iPhone, Mac, and iPad. Typically, the Cupertino-based company has special business pricing, bulk discount pricing, and financing for the other devices. However, according to sources, this won’t be offered for the upcoming Apple Watch. Business owners interested in purchasing the wearable device will still be able to get it from the dedicated Business Teams though.

9to5Mac also noted that the Apple Watch would not be able to be purchased using credit from Apple’s iPhone or non iPhone trade in program. This means that older iPhones can’t be traded in for a gift card to use towards the wearable device. You may be wondering then if the Apple Watch will get any sort of perk when purchased, since many hoped for a discount in the gold and steel models to purchase in bulk. As of right now, the only thing being given to Apple Watch owners is tbe offering of a walk-through sales process.

Are upset that none of Apple’s perks for other devices will be offered for the Apple Watch? Let us know in the comments below.

I can’t see how you’d spin this as an essential business tool anyway.
