  • Apple to Offer Engraving Service for Apple Watch?

With Apple's "Spring Forward" media event right around the corner, new details are coming to light about the company's Apple Watch plans. The news comes just before we're given one final demo of the wearable on Monday ahead of its April launch.

According to reports Thursday, Apple may offer a personalization service for its new Apple Watch product making it an even hotter commodity as a potential gift idea. If today's rumblings are proven right, Apple may offer engraving on Apple Watch.

Citing sources familiar with the matter, France's iPhonote says Apple will build upon its already offered engraving services for some Apple products (like the iPad) by including Apple Watch on the list of engraveable products for sale.

"[iPhonote] wasn’t able to confirm if the option will be immediately available at launch in April, however, or if Apple will begin offering the service later on," TechnoBuffalo reports. "Apple’s laser engraving option is typically free and customers can choose it during checkout on the company’s website."

MMi will offer complete coverage of Monday's "Spring Forward" event at 10 a.m. Pacific.
