  • More Clues that Apple Watch May Have a Strong Launch in China

One day removed from news that Apple Watch's looming launch won't be limited to the United States, more clues are mounting to suggest that Apple has big plans for Apple Watch in China.

By now, it's no secret that Apple's mobile market share in China is climbing rapidly, with iPhone quickly eating into the once dominant lead Android possessed in the smartphone arena. With iOS now a familiar staple among the connected Chinese masses, this bodes well for the future of Apple Watch in China.

On Wednesday, it became clear once again that the Chinese market is fascinated by all things Apple. The still-unreleased Apple Watch even graces the cover of trendy Chinese fashion magazine YOHO.

On the cover, Apple Watch Sport is being worn by actor Archie Kao, who is lending some Chinese star power to the forthcoming wearable (it should be noted, however, that Kao is also a staple of U.S. entertainment, having appeared on major domestic programming like Chicago P.D. and C.S.I.).

Apple Watch is widely expected to demo Apple Watch next Monday during its media event and possibly reveal the first day on which Apple Watch will be available for pre-orders.
