  • Apple Names 'Dr. Panda's Restaurant 2' the iOS App Store's App of the Week This Week

It's Thursday again, which means Apple has refreshed its App of the Week in the iOS App Store. Last week's pick was Angry Birds Seasons, but the refresh has put the new title Dr. Panda's Restaurant 2 on the front page of the iOS App Store as the App of the Week.

As a direct result of being the App of the Week, this normally $2.99 game is free until next Thursday.

Dr Panda's Restaurant 2 is more of a child's game, in which younger generations can experiment with cooking in Dr. Panda's restaurant. There are 20 different ingredients that can be mixed and matched, and they can be prepared and cooked in various different ways.

Kids can take charge in their own kitchen in Dr. Panda’s Restaurant 2! Future fine chefs have the freedom to choose what they want to prepare and exactly how they’d like to prepare it! Chop, grate, blend, fry and more with over 20 ingredients and create the perfect (or perfectly disgusting!) dish! Feed them to your customers and pay attention to how they react--it’ll be different every time! In Dr. Panda’s Restaurant 2 you can be a master chef, so get cooking!
To grab Dr. Panda's Restaurant 2 while it's a free download for the next 7 days, you can head over to this App Store link. If you're interested, you'll want to hurry, as this free offering will end.

Where'd they come up with having a doctor cooking in a game? I mean, panda's kitchen I understand, but why a doctor!
