  • Best Jailbreak Tweaks of the Week - February 1st Edition [Video]

This recap will go over the best jailbreak tweaks that we've shown you this week. It's certainly not all of them, but we think these are some of the most worthy of recognition out of what we have been able to show you this week. These are in no specific order, and they're all compatible with the TaiG version 1.2.0 jailbreak for Windows and the PP jailbreak for Mac OS X.

    1. AppButton $1.49

AppButton is an awesome new multitasking tweak that lets you easily switch between recently-used applications using a button that hovers over any interface that you're in. You can tap and drag to the application icon that you want, and then release to launch that specific application. There are customization options for the tweak's appearance and behavior, so it all comes down to what you want the tweak to look like and do. You can read our full review of AppButton at this link. Check it out!

    2. Harbor $2.99

If it's your application dock that you're wanting to spice up, then look no further than a new jailbreak tweak called Harbor. This tweak will let you simulate an OS X Yosemite-like docking experience on your iOS 8 device. That includes magnification, looks, an indicator dot, and even bouncing notification application icons. It works very well and looks great too, so check it out! You can read our full review on Harbor at this link.

    3. Anchor $1.99

If Harbor wasn't seaworthy enough for you, then perhaps Anchor will be. This new tweak works a lot like Gridlock and lets you place your Home Screen application icons anywhere that you want them to be on your Home Screen without them snapping into place at the next available spot on your Home Screen. This allows you to create some really cool Home Screen application icon effects. You can read our full review of Anchor at this link. Check it out!

    4. SBRotator for iOS 8 $2.99

SBRotator for iOS 8 is a way to get landscape orientation working on the Home Screen, Lock Screen, and even some applications on certain devices where it's not supported. You can use this tweak on any device, whether it's an iPhone, an iPad, or an iPod touch, and you can choose between an iPhone 6 Plus-style or iPad-style landscape orientation on the Home Screen. You can read our full review of SBRotator for iOS 8 at this link. Check it out!

    5. AFVideo FREE

AFVideo is a simple hack for the iOS 8 Camera application that lets you have auto-focus while recording video on non-iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus devices where it's not already supported out of the box. For whatever reason, Apple enabled auto-focus while recording videos on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, but neglected to enable it on all the other iOS 8 devices. So this is your fix. You can read our full review of AFVideo at this link. Check it out!

    6. DimMe $1.00

Last, but not least on our list of tweaks this week, is DimMe. This handy little tweak gives you more options for when and how your display will dim over time. It gives you more control over battery consumption and helps you have a more pleasant iOS display dimming experience. You can read our full review of DimMe at this link. Check it out!
