  • Apple's 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus Confirmed to Have iPad-like Landscape View for Apps

On Tuesday, Apple unveiled the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, each with 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch displays respectively.

The iPhone 6 Plus has a nice large display with more than 400 pixels per inch and a stunning 2 million pixel resolution. Apple's September 9th special event confirms that the new iPhone 6 Plus will have the iPad-like landscape mode in certain applications, as we reported yesterday.

The new landscape view splits the display in two parts the left side offers more of a selective interface, while the right side offers more of a productive interface. For example, if you're in the messages application, the left side will let you see all of your available conversations, while the right side will let you actually partake in the conversations, as shown above.

A new landscape view for the iOS 8 Home Screen is included:

Both native applications and third-party App Store applications will be able to take advantage of this awesome new landscape view for the iPhone 6 Plus.

Stay tuned as we continue to keep you updated on all of the new features and products Apple announces at today's special event.

I think you're trolling, but that really only works if your statement actually makes sense.
