  • Dropbox Drops Dropbox Pro Subscription Price to Just $9.99 Per Month, Increases Storage

On Wednesday, the popular Dropbox cloud storage and multi-device file synchronizing service announced it would begin offering Dropbox Pro with a whole terabyte (1TB) of cloud storage to users for only $9.99 per month.

Not only is this several times cheaper than the previous version Dropbox Pro offered by Dropbox, but the new plan also gives Dropbox Pro users even more storage to use for their files.

Dropbox Pro also includes a remote wipe feature, which is used for removing files from a lost or stolen device that is linked to your Dropbox Pro account, and new sharing tools, which let you have better control over the security of shared links and permissions for shared folders, and more.

Dropbox notes in their press release that those already on an existing Dropbox Pro account won't have to do anything and that the new changes will automatically take effect on the user's account(s), including the cheaper price tag and additional storage space.
