  • Bloomberg Confirms Both iPhone 6 Models Will Go On Sale Simultaneously

It was recently reported that Apple would be putting the next generation dubbed iPhone 6 into mass production next month. Now, Bloomberg has confirmed that Apple will be starting production on both models of the upcoming smartphone in July; the 4.7 and 5.5-inch. It has been rumored for a while now that the iPhone 6 will be available in two sizes, and both are bigger than the current model iPhone 5s.

New useful changes for developers were introduced for the upcoming iOS 8, which pointed towards a larger screen with a possible 1704 x 960 resolution. Photos of leaked dummies and device parts also swamped the web, giving us an idea of what the upcoming device will look like. Both the 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch are supposed to have rounded edges and curved glass.

Reports recently noted that one of the two iPhone models would debut sometime in the fall, likely around September and the 5.5-inch may be delayed by a few months. But after today’s reports by Bloomberg, it has been confirmed that both will be launched simultaneously. However, according to Bloomberg, the initial supply of the 5.5-inch device may be below demand due to production difficulty.

I'm hoping for a 4x RAM capacity increase. 4GB would be great for quickly switching apps and browser tabs.

Silly boys that don't understand how dynamic ram works. If you want that kind of ram, then get a Samsung.
